Product: Baby Pacifier Holder Gift Collection
Overview
Creative and product development for Banded’s Sleepyheads, a gift-focused soft goods product line featuring crocheted animal pacifier holders designed for infants.
Challenge
Develop a differentiated baby gift product that combined function and emotional appeal, while standing out in a saturated soft goods and infant accessories category.
Role & Contributions
Collaborated across creative and product development teams to concept and develop the Sleepyheads product line. Named the product, defined brand positioning, and contributed to product storytelling and marketing direction.
Designed packaging concepts including gift box design and developed tag copy, including rhyming product messaging to support shelf appeal. Contributed to the development of multiple animal SKUs within the collection.
Approach
Built the product concept around emotional gifting and playful storytelling. Focused on creating a cohesive brand experience across product naming, packaging, and in-store presentation. Developed copy and visual direction that reinforced the softness, personality, and giftability of the product line.

Explored a wide range of journal and book cover concepts across client pitches and production-ready executions, balancing highly creative concepts with manufacturable design constraints.
Work included applying and preparing files for embossing, debossing, foil stamping, spot UV, gloss coating, and die-cut applications. Materials ranged from paper cover stocks to PU and leather constructions, depending on collection requirements.
Notable projects included a glow-in-the-dark Bible cover and a printed PU Bible cover featuring a die-cut magnetic flap.
