Challenge
Develop a lower-profile belt that expanded the existing product line while appealing to both men’s and women’s customers—introducing a more refined, streamlined aesthetic that could extend across customer segments.
Role & Contributions
Led product development creative across color, material, and finish selection. Researched and defined webbing options, hardware finishes, and overall color direction. Iterated through multiple rounds of sampling to refine palette and combinations. Guided final assortment recommendations for men’s, women’s, and gender-neutral offerings.

Evaluated existing belt performance and identified an opportunity for a more minimal, lower-profile silhouette. Explored material and color combinations that aligned with the brand’s core customer while extending into a more versatile, gender-neutral aesthetic. Partnered closely with product development through multiple sample rounds to ensure both aesthetic and functional expectations were met.
